There's a story in the StarTribune today that discusses a proposed county ordinance that would hold party hosts liable for minors who drink on their properties.

The first paragraph begins:

Hoping to move closer to shedding its image as a party haven, Carver County could soon make hosts criminally liable for minors who drink on their property -- even if those adult hosts do not provide the alcohol.

What do you think of this description. The comment wasn't attributed to anyone in particular, but apparently some believe that Carver County has a bigger party reputation than other counties in the metro.
